Patios to swoon over

If you’re like us, a great patio is a favorite place to gather for sharing meals or quiet moments with a good book. It’s a wonderful place to start your day with cup of coffee, sip wine in the afternoons or gaze at the stars after sunset. Patios have a way of making alfresco dining a mini event in and of itself.
Here at The Village at Movado, Blackrock Homes keyed in on these simple yet oh-so-pleasurable moments and designed patios that will make you want to step outside and enjoy the fresh air each and every day. With our mild Idaho climate, our patios are in essence multi-season outdoor rooms, bordered by half walls for privacy. You will find that these patios are quite roomy, sometimes over 200 sq.ft., and provide shelter with a partially covered section in three of our home designs.
Most furniture configurations will work with these spacious designs and you will find several umbrellaed patios along our gorgeous streetscapes. If you have a green thumb, you will appreciate the wrought iron gate and nearby water spigot to make container gardening more convenient. Though each patio is unique based on the floor plan and homesite, they all have an outdoor ambiance that’s easy to appreciate.
