In the blur of vacations, barbecues and other summer pastimes, we found that we’re approaching the west gate of the neighborhood – denoting that project completion is literally right around the corner. It’s hard to believe that in three short years, this 105-home community is wrapping up. By the end of September, schedules are showing that construction will be complete in the remaining seven homes with landscaping being the only possible outlier.
Blackrock Homes has continued to impress in managing construction costs and keeping a level perspective in their home prices. We’re not sure what their “secret sauce” is, but they have navigated material shortages and maintained or exceeded quality expectations repeatedly. As an onsite agent, it has been truly a pleasure to be a part of the Blackrock’s team as it’s evident that everyone takes pride in what they do.
If you’ve been watching this neighborhood develop and wondering if it’s the right fit for you, I encourage you to do some research and set some time aside to tour these homes. Orientation and views can entirely change the feel of a home, and the best way to know is take a personal tour. Secondarily, our website offers many resources including an interactive plat map
, 3D tours of the four floor plans, and more.
